One platform for your charity's website, donations, memberships and more.
CharityHosts pairs a professional Drupal website with CiviCRM — the open-source CRM built for nonprofits. Online donations, memberships, event bookings, email newsletters and supporter records all live together, so your team always has the full picture — set up, hosted and supported by CharityHosts, specialists in Drupal and CiviCRM for the charity sector.
Most charity websites are doing three jobs badly.
Different systems, different logins, nothing talking to each other.
A website that doesn't do you justice
Built years ago by whoever had time, hard to update, and doesn't reflect the work your charity does today.
Donations that quietly cost you money
A bolt-on payment plugin taking a cut of every gift — with no link back to who actually gave it.
Supporters tracked in three different places
A spreadsheet here, a mailing list there, and someone's memory in between. No one's quite sure who's given, who's lapsed, or who to thank.
CharityHosts solves all three — properly, and together.
Straightforward pricing, no surprises
Pick the level of support that fits your charity now — move up or down as things change. Pay annually and save the equivalent of a month.

Three systems. One login. One bill.
One platform, three jobs done properly.
Everything your charity's website needs to do — working together
No plugins bolted on as an afterthought. Each part is built to talk to the others, on proven open-source technology.
A website that looks like you mean it
A professional, accessible website built on Drupal — the open-source platform used by some of the world's largest organisations, scaled down to a charity-sized budget. Easy for your team to update day to day.
Donations that go further
Take one-off and recurring donations through CiviCRM's online giving forms — Gift Aid claims, pledges and multiple payment methods, with automatic receipts and thank-yous, all linked straight back to the donor's record.
Your whole community, in one place
CiviCRM brings together contacts, memberships, event bookings and email newsletters — so you always know who's given, who's a member, who's coming to your next event, and who to thank.
Built for charities, not adapted for them afterwards
Purpose-built for charities
Not a generic website builder with a CRM bolted on — a platform designed around how charities actually work.
CiviCRM — the nonprofit standard
Already trusted by charities and nonprofits worldwide for donations, memberships, events and email campaigns — not a niche add-on, but proven, well-supported software.
Organised support, not a call centre
Support requests go through a proper helpdesk system, so nothing gets lost and you always have something to refer back to — but every ticket is read and answered by CharityHosts directly, not passed around a call centre.
UK-based and GDPR-friendly
Hosted in the UK, on infrastructure powered by renewable energy — with GDPR-friendly configuration as standard.
A fraction of a bespoke build
A bespoke website, donation system and CRM typically costs £5,000–£20,000+ as a one-off project. CharityHosts can build to that same standard at competitive rates — then an affordable monthly plan covers ongoing hosting, maintenance updates and support
Open source — no lock-in
Built on Drupal and CiviCRM, both open source. Your site and data are yours — not tied to one supplier's proprietary platform.
Book a 30-minute call and we'll show you around
No slideshow, no sales script — a live walkthrough of the template, the donation flow, and the CiviCRM screens your team would actually use. You'll see exactly what your charity would be getting, and how easy it is to update.

CharityHosts is a managed hosting and support service built specifically for UK charities running Drupal and CiviCRM. Rather than treating charity websites as one product among many, CharityHosts focuses on this combination — so updates, security and support are handled by people who know the platform inside out.
Frequently asked questions
Is it hard to use?
No. Day-to-day content — text, images, pages, news and events — is edited through Drupal's standard editor, which is no harder to use than a word processor. We'll walk your team through the basics when your site is handed over.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. Your team can manage content directly. Anything involving the underlying code, modules, design or CiviCRM configuration is covered by your support plan, or available as ad hoc work.
What happens if we need help?
Every plan includes a direct line to CharityHosts. How quickly we respond, and how much support time is included, depends on your plan (see pricing above).
Do you support Gift Aid?
CiviCRM includes Gift Aid tracking for UK charities, and we can help configure this as part of your setup so eligible donations are recorded correctly from day one.
Is our data secure and GDPR-compliant?
Your site and donor data are hosted in the UK, on infrastructure powered by renewable energy. We configure things in a GDPR-friendly way as standard — though your charity remains the data controller and is responsible for its own policies and consents.
We already have a website or CRM — can you migrate us?
In most cases, yes. Get in touch and tell us what you currently have — we'll look at the best way to move everything across with as little disruption as possible.
